Removed SNCL Control Center - Item 81988

We have removed the SNCL Control center since it is no needed for the SIEVERS WMS.

Reports

Report Selection - Item 92198

We have added a lot of documents and labels to the SNCL Report Selection Utilization. With the report selection you can assign reports to documents, labels and customers. This is the list of new documents and labels:

  • Series Load Carrier Label
  • Opt. Picking List Label
  • Packaging Process
  • Picking Document
  • Picking Series Document
  • Cycle Counting List
  • Loading List

In the course of this, we have adapted the report selection as well as some documents and labels to make them consistent with each other. These changes were made in the following works:

Multiple Nos. in Printed Reports - Item 100903

Previously, reports were designed so that you had to enter one document number and all the information was collected in the report. In practice, however, it has been found that many warehouses regularly print information of several documents on a single report. Therefore, we have now created the option for the following reports to enter several document numbers in the filters at the same time:

If you want to print several documents in a single report, just enter the document numbers separated by | (Pipe).

Status Synchronisation between Load Carriers and Warehouse Receipt - Item 96213

In the commercial warehouse receipt entry, load carriers can be selected manually in the load carrier lines. These can also be created manually in advance.

The state of manually created load carriers is 0-Notified. After a load carrier has been created manually and selected in the commercial warehouse receipt, the state is now automatically set to 1-Receipt Processing and after posting to 2-Recorded - depending on the state of the Warehouse Receipt Header.

Picking

Added Fields to Release Items For Picking - Item 97922

We have added the field Variant Code to the options section and as column to the Release Items for Picking page.

Added Fields to Picking List Print/Release - Item 101881

We have added the following fields to the Picking List Print/Release page:

  • Priority
  • Shipping Agent
  • Order Type

Release Items for Picking - Item 85369

We have implemented a feature to release specific items for picking. You can find it in the picking documents menu actions:

  • Release Items for Picking

With this action you can enter any items with their variants. This list then shows all released source document lines for this specific item that are in warehouse shipments. With the action Select for Picking you release the selected lines for picking. After that, picking documents will be automatically generated.

MDE

A7.1, A7.2 and A7.3: Option to Show GS1-SSCC Reference Instead of Load Carrier No. - Items 99512, 99513 and 98864

We have implemented a new option field on the SIEVERS WMS setup in the section Load Carrier:

  • Show GS1-SSCC: If this flag is active, the last 9 digits of the barcode reference type GS1-SSCC will be displayed instead of the 9-digit load carrier code. If the GS1 SSCC is not filled, the load carrier code is still displayed as a fallback.

This option applies to the MDE pages A7.1, A7.2 and A7.3.

Action Reserv. Inventory in Stocktaking Now Working for More Functions - Item 99439

Previously, the Action Reserve Inventory radio button in Stocktaking was only relevant when using the “Enter Inventories by Item” action. However, we have now also included it for the processes

  • Stocktaking for Selection
  • Enter Inventories by Storage Place.

Reset Finished Shipping Orders - Item 96904

We have found that it can sometimes be necessary to reset the state of a shipping order, even though it is already set to Finished. For reasons of data consistency, we have previously forbidden this, but on closer inspection, at least technically, there is no reason not to. Therefore, it is now possible to reset the state, even if the shipping order was already set to Finished. However, we would like to point out that this should only be done in exceptional cases.

Small Changes

  • Removed New Group on Inventory Swap Page. There are only a few menu actions so grouping is not necessary - Item 98940
  • Added a feedback zone to MDE page B5.4 Finished Counts - Item 101239
  • The user is now only able to select picking teams on the Picking List Print/Release page - Item 101782
  • Once an order picking document has an employee marking, it is no longer possible to reset it - Item 90029

Bugfixes

Warehouse Shipment Posted Without Loading Checked - Item 98873

We have fixed a bug that allowed a warehouse shipment to be posted without the Loading checked box being ticked. When this checkbox is ticked, the warehouse shipment is automatically posted. Manual posting is not required.

Deletion of Picking Documents Possible - Item 101273

We have fixed a bug that allowed a picking document to be deleted in a certain way even though it still contained lines that had already been picked.

Document Posting with Service Items Not Possible - Item 101403

We have fixed a bug that caused an incorrect error message when trying to post documents with items of the type “service”.

SSCC Status Not Changeable - Item 101501

We have fixed a bug that sometimes prevented SSCCs in the Load Carrier card from being set to 9-finished sent.

Deactivate GTIN Sync. With Item References Not Working - Item 101538

We have fixed a bug where sometimes the Deactivate GTIN Sync. With Item References Not Working option field on the SIEVERS WMS setup did not work.

Stock Documents Can Not Be Added to New Warehouse Shipment - Item 101183

We fixed a bug that sometimes prevented stock documents from being added to a new warehouse shipment if they had previously been in a different warehouse shipment.

Package Content List and SSCC Label Not Printable - Items 101972 and 102018

We have fixed a bug that sometimes prevented the package content list and the sscc label from being printed when the reference in the document contained umlauts.

Packaging Hierarchy Bug Causes Error When Creating Inventory - Item 101870

We fixed a bug in the packaging hierarchy that prevented the setup of a setup where inventory was not created differently from load carriers.

Warehouse Shipment Planning Incorrectly Available Stock - Item 100278

We have fixed a bug which sometimes caused the warehouse shipment planning to show the incorrect status Available in the Availability column.

Outside Stock Unit Billing not Translated Correctly - Item 99492

We have fixed a bug that caused items in the outside stock unit billing to be translated incorrectly.
