Print Job List

In the print job list, you can view and remove past print jobs, reset the print job status and download various print job data.

  • Job State: Shows the state of the print job
  • Created at: Date and time the job was created
  • Created by: Abbreviation of the job creator
  • Printer code: Abbreviation of the printer
  • Report ID: ID of the printed report
  • Report Caption: Description of the printed report
  • File name: File name of the report
  • Printer name
  • Paper tray
  • Paper tray description
  • Printer paper source type
  • Printer paper type
  • Filter View: Indicates which filters were used to access the report. For example, you can see which sales order no. the printed report belongs to.
